ED&C was set up to provide visitors to Devon and Cornwall with the very best that this beautiful corner of the UK has to offer. We are fortunate to be situated in one of the most beautiful places in the UK, on the western fringes of the Dartmoor National Park, which is also home to Liberty Trails our award winning adventure riding firm. http://www.liberty-trails.com

We are here to provide a single point of contact to take care of everything for you if that’s what you require.Whether it’s a one day experience full of fun or a longer tailor made tour, we aim to ensure that your time here is the very best it can be, allowing you to create memories that will last a lifetime.

Perhaps this is your first visit to the UK and you are keen to expand your vacation a little further than the usual tourist hotspots. This is where we can help. 

We understand that everyone is different, so we tailor our service according to your needs and requirements. If you already have an itinerary booked, we can help you get the most out of your trip with our expert knowledge on the local area around Dartmoor and Devon, and also further West into Cornwall. Alternatively, we can get more involved with the planning stages of your break, offering bespoke experiences designed to fully indulge your interests. We can do as much or as little as you like.

We aim to enhance your experience by unearthing hidden gems along the way that you won’t find in the guidebook, whilst also taking care of all the practical stuff, such as transfers, accommodation and reservations, so you can fully enjoy your break without any hassle.

About the founder, Robert Prior

Robert Prior, known as Bob to anyone who has met him, lives on Dartmoor National Park, an idyllic part of Devon that he has called home for over 30 years. He loves to explore this beautiful area of South West England on horseback and on foot, accompanied by his labrador companions. When the weather permits, he also enjoys taking off across the country by motorbike!

Aside from being a qualified mediator, he has run a number of successful companies over the years and is a keen traveller, having travelled much of the world. It’s this passion for travel that led Bob to founding ED&C, ensuring visitors to the UK get the most out of their time here. He loves meeting new people, sharing his local knowledge and ensuring visitors have the best experience of the UK – making your vacation is the best it can be, with an added touch of luxury.

He is also a keen supporter of numerous charities and once donated a 4×4 ambulance to Orphans in the Wild, a charity supporting and caring for children and families devastated by AIDS/HIV in a remote area of Tanzania. Robert drove it there himself, which was quite an adventure in itself…
